Plan Description

Stone, stucco, a dramatic arched window, and flared eaves – all reminiscent of the country cottages of rural France. Add to that the understated three car garage (the third bay has a door in back, making it ideal for golf cart storage) and you begin to realize that this house has all the amenities required for contemporary living. Entering the house we find a two-story foyer with a view directly to the rear through the unique bayed dining area. To the left is the vaulted office/den with a walk-in closet and ready access to a half bath and guest closet. Continuing on, the entire first floor has a nine-foot ceiling height that enhances a spectacular open great room and kitchen area with a corner fireplace and lots of windows. The extra-wide 42" stairs takes you to the second-floor balcony overlook to the entry and provide access to the bedrooms and a very desirable floored attic over the garage. The master bedroom has a generous 6' X 8' walk-in closet, dressing room, and a compartmented bathroom. The other two bedrooms also have walk-in closets and share a compartmented bathroom.

A mirror-reversed set is a printed copy of your house, resulting in the same image you would see if you held the drawing up to a mirror. Everything, including the text, is backward in relation to the original design. These kinds of drawing are typically used to reorient an original plan more advantageously on a site, either because the homeowner prefers it that way or because of limitations of the site itself. Note: Mirror reverse sets are only available with a 5 copy or 8 copy set. With a Reproducible, PDF, or CAD set, you can print mirrored copies locally. In addition: 5 Copy set selected, should only allow 4 mirrored sets to be selected. 8 Copy set selected, should only allow 7 mirrored sets to be selected.
